• Role-Based Access: The system allows the primary account owner to control which coworkers or staff can view specific company data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing. Data is only shared:

• With the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) or other government agencies only when you explicitly trigger a filing or export.
• With service providers (like Render.com) strictly for hosting and infrastructure purposes.
